Jun 24, 2020 5:27:24 PM / by Frédéric SANUY

This Tuesday 23rd June we had the third Webinar of our Digital Asset Management Deep Dive Series dedicated to Requirements Gathering

We are 4 Digital Asset Management consultants Mark Davey James Rourke Sean Proctor and myself on behalf of Activo Consulting discussing all the ramifications for getting DAM right the first time. A series of Six bi-weekly webinars for organisations looking at best practices for a DAM strategydata modellingrequirementsvendor analysis and rollout across the organisation.

Enjoy the replay of our third Webinar Requirements Gathering, which are the foundation of any DAM project before moving ahead of a RFP and POC.

One of the challenge before starting any RFI / RFP DAM is to be able to get the businessrequirements. The phase is important in order to make the right selection. As we said during the last webinar in this very collapsed DAM market with more than 50 main solutions from open source to large enterprise systems.

If you are a Brand, a Retailer, an agency or a Publisher Business requirements will not be the same outside the fact that your DAM system will be repository of the organization. We will hi light the right way to sort out with these requirements.

Here all the agenda of the 6 webinars from 26th May 2020 to 8th August 2020 at 4pm GMT or 6pm CET.  Next one will be Tuesday 7th July about Governance but I will also do a French one with a full summary of the third webinars Thursday 9th July.
